A typical architect charges a percentage fee of the total build cost.* We charge a fixed fee based on the exact drawing services you require.

*Our clients save an average of £3,000, based on an average Architect’s fee of 8% on a £60,000 home extension.

We’ll get to work immediately, using state of the art 3D modelling software, resulting in a turn around time of 1-2 weeks.

So you can say goodbye to waiting… and waiting for your typical Architect!

We are also able to identify and address any challenges faster than an Architect with a more general project portfolio.

Even once you have received your Architect’s drawings, it can feel like you’re on your own.

But we aren’t going anywhere, we can guide you through the entire process with the support of our network of trusted consultants and trades people, making the journey as smooth as possible.

At the heart of our approach lies Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology, a cutting edge design tool that allows us to streamline every aspect of the architectural process.
